Rice Studios is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our vibrant team in HCMC. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and a process-driven person with strong communication and leadership skills that thrives in a collaborative environment.
As a Senior Project Manager at Rice Studios you will work with the Creative Director and Design Director to create the space for the creative team to work with clarity and confidence, allowing the studio to perform at the highest level. Therefore, your responsibilities include scheduling and managing project timelines and studio workflow, project budget and time tracking oversight, coordinating with suppliers and maintaining alignment between the client and the creative team throughout the course of a project.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and create alignment amongst the team;
Communicate with clients on processes, timing and finances;
Generate new business with existing clients;
Support management to create Scopes of Work;
Oversee and maintain project budgets;
Support the finance team with contracts and invoices;
Provide weekly project and time tracking status to Creative Directors;
Organize project information on the management system;
Keep meetings effective by taking notes and assigning actions;
Support the creative team with insights and translations.
